Bring On The Photography
When Taylor messaged me wanting some desert photos for her IG, I couldn’t resist. This girl is a total babe and we had a blast taking pics and jamming out to Ari. Thank you, next.
Back At It!
Hi guys!! I’ve missed you all a ton. What’s new? Life has been a bit crazy lately. When is it not?! But hey- yo girl is back! I recently picked up my cam & got back into photography (Ahhhh! I’ve missed it SO SO MUCH) and I’ve been loving every single second of it. EEEEK I can’t contain my excitement. Check out this fun & sexy boudoir shoot I did with Meg. I’m a sucker for Arizona beauty & Megan made this shoot ridiculously easy.
So who wants some photos taken? DM me on Insta & let’s do it!!
Monthly wish list? I think YES! I just barely finished putting away all of our Christmas decor, so to even think that another holiday is already approaching is WILD. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we all need a little inspiration when it comes to gift purchasing. This was the first wish list of many and I am loving the outcome of it!
No V-Day date? No worries. Grab a glass wine and sit down with “Girl Wash Your Face”. You’ll thank me later. These cute Ugg slippers will also keep your feet nice and cozy.
Nordstroms is my usual go-to for shopping and this FLORA NIKROOZ is surely a showstopper for sure with it’s sexy and elegant satin design. Red lipstick has become a major trend and I am loving this bold red color from Morphe for under $10.
Indy Blue bought her first Gucci bag this last year, so if she can afford one, so can I, right? A girl can dream. And of course red is suiting considering the holiday. Women also have many different staples in the skincare department and this rose quartz roller is a must have. #Amen to crystal healing!
I also have a collection of dainty jewelry, and I’ve had my eye on this classic Tiffany for some time now. Valentine’s Day and hearts just seem to go together oh so perfectly. Loving this body lotion smell but also we all know my favorite smell of all is Flowerbomb.
And if you’re really wanting to splurge, top the night off with these cute & yummy chocolates.
How will you be spending your Valentine’s Day? For me- My hubby and I’s first date was actually on V-Day and we met in-between at yummy local breakfast joint in downtown Phoenix. It became a tradition to have breakfast here every year since, but it unfortunately was torn down last year. So I think this year we might start the morning off with breakfast in bed. Suggestions?
The absolute best lighting in the entire house can be found in my office where I can be found getting ready in front of my makeup vanity, or working on Poshmark/blog/editing photography. This room is my sanctuary and I’ll admit, many selfies have been taken right here in this very chair. Aren’t vanity lights just the best?
Of course everyone on IG notices the little details, and I kept getting questions about the “famous wall” in the background of many of my posted photos. So here are the deets!
After our wedding came and gone, we had all these beautiful photos given to us on a flashdrive and a photo album, but these images deserved a true space where they could be admired, recognized, and cherished for years to come. My Posh office needed some sprucing up, and it had a rather large blank canvas to work with. I had Kaden measure the wall and figure out how many frames we could fit. For our wall, we decided to do 4 frames x 3 frames and this would leave us with enough room to have a 3 inch gap between each frame.
If it were up to me, I would have just ordered a stack of frames and just went with it, but thank goodness for Kade! He is a perfectionist when it comes to things hung up on the wall.
I ordered the frames from IKEA which were $12 on sale at the time, and the prints were ordered from Costco. Yes- there are MANY other options out there for higher quality prints, but they will cost you an arm and a leg (We’re talking $50-$100+ per print!!!). With my budget, I was perfectly fine with a Costco quality print for under $15 each.
This simple interior design project added so much elegance to my office and am IN LOVE with how it turned out. For more decor inspiration, follow me on the Gram and be sure to say what’s up!
As I sit here, attempting to write my first post of 2019, reflecting on 2018 my heart is already starting to stutter and my eyes begin to be filled with tears. #BLESSED. 2018- You have been so dang good to me over and over and over again.
2018 started off with much excitement. In March, I said “I do” to the man of my dreams, and it only got better from there. It consisted of lots of travel to nearby states like a weekend trip to Las Vegas, checkin out Red Rocks for the first time in Colorado, heading off to honeymoon #1 (yup, you heard that right) in Orlando, Florida, last minute spontaneous trips to visit family in Utah, a wedding in good ole Fredericksburg, TX, and finally we flew to Hawaii and stayed in Maui for our dream honeymoon. Southwest companion pass is where it’s at!
Knowing 2019 wont be as exciting and adventure-filled is somewhat saddening, but I know we’re now at a different stage in our life where we’re ready to commit and invest our money elsewhere and take a break from all the travel. It has been a blast but my bank account disagrees. And also, our companion pass expired as of the new year so, there’s that.
2018 was filled with many commitments. Commitments I made to my husband at the alter. Commitments to my Poshmark business and buyers. Commitments to finishing my educational path. Commitments to my newly released website and blog. Commitments to my career. I was being pulled in each and every direction that it became a bit overwhelming at times. I learned a lot about myself from this and how it’s okay to seek guidance and help from others when something becomes too much. No one is Super Woman. Lesson learned: You can’t do it alone.
As for my blog, it became my baby; my early pride and joy this year. With all these commitments to others, I needed something for myself. Somewhere I could release all my thoughts and emotions into one place where they would be kept safely and shared with others who were curious and cared to read. I find passion in writing and I had a vision that someday it would take off. I started small this last year, and as I continue on into the new year, my only goal is to continually progress and seek guidance and understanding about the blogging world that I don’t already know.
With all that being said, I spent my last month of December closing one door and preparing to open a new one. Graduating from college was by far the cherry on top, and the best way to say goodbye to 2018. I feel like I can finally be a sain human being for once. I can breathe!! So much weight is off my shoulders and I can enter the new year healthy, happy, and ready for whatever lies ahead.
Let’s Talk Goals
Get out there and make more friends (Not just on Insta).
Continue to share the realness of my life. People dig the real truth.
Say adios to processed, fatty foods. Paleo lifestyle in the works.
Read at night and actually finish a book for once.
Be more vocal. Communicate my wants and needs.
Appreciate the act of saving and pursue needs > wants.
Continually invest into our home. Our end goal is to have our home on the market by the end of the year.
Spend less time on Netflix and more time having a conversation at night with my spouse.
Invest more time and soul into my business with Poshmark, my blog, and photography.
Thank you all for following me along in this journey. 2018 has been real real, and I'm always hesitant to share everything going on in my life, but you all keep me motivated to pursue this dream. As we enter into the new year, I promise to keep it raw and continually honest with ya. Thank you for being a part of this with me.
** PEACE 2018! **
Support Taylor Zeldin’s Colon Cancer Fund

For all my friends and family who don’t already know, my oldest brother Taylor was recently diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. Here are his words.
"At 26, this is not something I ever imagined having to go through at my age but here I am. I will fight through it and come out a stronger person on the other end
As I get prepared for my surgery at the end of the month, I will end up being out of work for several weeks with no source of income.⠀⠀⠀
While I love my fiancé Courtney for picking up some extra work shifts to help out, we will need a little help with medical bills as they roll in and are paying our regular bills with one income instead of two. By no means do I want anyone to feel obligated to donate, but I am forever grateful for any and all help we can get during this difficult time now and the months to come. Please share this post if you can as well. Thank you."
All donations are greatly appreciated. Please visit the following Go Fund Me link, or you can donate to the cause by clicking on the donate button below. God bless.
